When can I schedule an appointment?Our technicians are in most nearby areas providing pest services regularly, but we offer monthly or quarterly service for most programs. Active infestations may need more frequent service, which we do accommodate. Sometimes we service customers in far distant communities and may offer monthly or quarterly in those locations as well. Regardless of your location, we'll try to arrive at your property as soon as possible, with some customers being able to receive assistance on the same day as their initial call. We love responding to keep your family, home and business safe.

Are you insured?Our company is licensed, bonded, and insured, including workers' compensation coverage. We complete federal and Department of Justice background checks on all of our pest technicians, and they're tested and licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board of the State of California. Additionally, our technicians work under the Department of Pesticide Regulations under the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Do I need to be present while you service my home?No. We can coordinate access to your home, allowing our technician to service your house while you're gone. While servicing vacation homes, commercial properties, and residences, our technicians are commonly the only ones on site.
Identifying Gopher Activity on Your Property
Pocket gophers spend nearly all their time underground, so the first sign most property owners notice is a mound, not the animal. Gopher mounds are crescent- or half-circle-shaped with a plugged hole offset to one side, which distinguishes them from the round, symmetrical mounds moles leave. Getting the identification right matters because the treatment approach differs.
Among common yard rodents, gophers are the largest and tend to cause the most damage. They feed on plant roots and can pull entire plants underground, and they gnaw through irrigation and utility lines as they expand their burrow tunnel system. Mound-building is typically most pronounced in winter and spring, when moist soil is easier to dig and damage can increase.
